At the Berkeley we pride ourselves in our individually designed bedrooms. We have used exquisite wools, and silks from some of the very best fabric couture houses, adding colour and glamour whilst retaining that homely feel. The furniture has been sourced from home and abroad from the fine British traditional to the elegant French.

The bathrooms are sparkling and boast luxurious 500grm bath hand and face towels, bath robes slippers and a unique range of toiletries from the Scottish perfumer "Only Hand Made in Ayrshire", giving you that feel good factor in the knowledge that all the ingredients are made from natural products

Many of our beds are zip and link and therefore offer you a king size, and all our mattresses are pocket sprung for your comfort & dressed with like down duvets and a range of pillows to suit most. The pure white Egyptian cotton bed linen keeps you cool all summer but are topped with sumptuous throws and cashmere blend blankets to keep you snug and cosy on those Scottish winter nights.

We have a range of rooms situated at the rear of the building in the Mews House stretching towards the private walled garden surrounded by a terrace and car park facility for resident guests, when checking in you will also be allocated your car parking space.

Rooms have their own private entrance so guests can come and go at their leisure in total privacy. Enjoy the peace and quiet away from the madding crowd.

It is our intention to make your stay as comfortable as possible and guests will find a suggestion card in their room and would encourage you to fill in the comments box to help us maintain our high standards
Housekeeping can be contacted through the reception and will be pleased to arrange flowers, handmade chocolates, wine, or champagne and strawberries delivered to your room prior to your arrival.
